Check a few posts down. I think the mystery lies in the fuel petcock. To find out, try running the petcock on prime and see if the problem clears up. Remember to put the petcock back to normal when you stop or you'll flood. If prime cures or helps your problem, then you know where your problem is. As far as a fix, you could try the suggested fix on that post, but I am a little weary of plugging the vacuum line and just using prime all the time. The other fix is to buy a new petcock, but according to a response to the post, they cost 85$. Good luck and let us know
